You will be a valued member in our award-winning Product team, responsible for creating products for consumers across over 60 countries. For this unique position, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communications.
As a Technical Writer at Secretlab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and internal teams have access to accurate and comprehensive product information.
Responsibilities
Your #1 responsibility is translating product information into user-friendly language to be used by end-users. This can include:

- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, assembly guides, product specifications, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Develop and update content for online help systems, knowledge bases, and customer support portals.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in all technical communications.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
- Assist in the development of training materials and internal documentation for various departments.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure technical content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related design & engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing in the hardware space, preferably in the furniture or consumer product industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Bonuses
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- High interest and familiarity with the esports and gaming industry
