- To execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance scheme in collaboration with appointed and contracted service professionals on a 365/24/7 coverage, shift based schedule
- To make recommendations as to improving the quality of service of 3rd party technical contractors.
- To complete equipment status and shift incident reports.
- To comply with duty roster ensuring 365/24/7 coverage
- To liaise with technical supervisor/engineer on all technical and operational related matters
- To troubleshoot and rectify all technical complaints on GOW
- To perform maintenance on GOW
- To report technical supervisor with technical recommendations, considerations and issues.
- To maintain a “critical” spare parts holding scheme.
- To maintain a personal tool kit
- To assist in security sweeps and as and when necessary
- To assist in the creation of a technical SOP
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Uninterrupted provision of GOW operation.
- Minimize GOW downtime in the event of a defect.
- To be able to accept personal responsibility in a team environment.
- To be a key member in the fire, safety and evacuation plan team
- Willingness to very occasionally sacrifice personal time to accomplish continuity of technical coverage through unforeseen events.
Job Requirements
- ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic, minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function with similar responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology
- Confidence in operating in a varying workload, highly visible public environment.
