UI/UX Designer

- Responsible for developing site maps and workflows, screen-level wireframes, create visual designs and prototypes and conduct usability testing such as Hallway Testing and A/B Testing.
- Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.
- Minimum 1 year of scrum or agile experience in web and mobile application.
- Proven record of the Product UX designs.
- Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
- Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
- Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
