Customer Service Representative

- Receiving users registration applications, restoring user accounts in the corporate database, and responding to requests about the functions of the mobile app;
- Tracking online orders, processing memos in a timely manner;
- Outbound calls to users to inform them about new features of our loyalty program or promotional offers;
- Checking drivers' vehicles for compliance with the company's rules and requirements, car branding;
- Active participation in promotional campaigns;
- Approaching local businesses for advertising purposes.
- Strong command of both English;
- Sales or Customer Service experience;
- Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Computer literate (Google Spreadsheet, MS Office).
- Monthly remuneration (net) + revision of salary depending on your performance;
- Petrol compensation;
