POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE /OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: DURBANVILLE, CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
INTRODUCTION:
PPG Refinish is looking for a high-performing Customer Service/Office administrator. The ideal candidate will have existing experience in customer service and office administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A focus on results, engagement, and collaboration within a Team of Teams. The ability to effect change, the ability to build trust and respect, and the ability to act with medium and short-term perspective.

COMPANY: PPF REFINISH

INTRODUCTION:
PPG Refinish is looking for a high-performing Customer Service/Office administrator. The ideal candidate will have existing experience in customer service and office administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Periodically / Weekly Month End Invoicing Direct Customers - (SAP Business 1)
- Invoicing Distributors - (SAP Business 1) x Monitoring and processing back orders for direct and distributor customers (SAP Business 1)
- Submit & Request approval for credits on Pulse, forward to BIL and customer
- Rectifying any paint stock issues short or over-supply to customers
- Assisting customers with abrasive queries
- Requesting of part numbers to be created and forwarding supplier pricing
- Liaising with abrasive suppliers regarding new stock or alternatives
- Daily correspondence with BIL regarding stock, invoicing and deliveries
- Answering the telephone, conveying messages if needed to relevant staff
- PPG Cape Town Management, Technicians and Drivers Fuel Recons
- General Filing - Invoices and delivery notes
- Advising customers of price increases and any other PPG notifications
- Liaising with customers regarding any queries (invoices, deliveries etc)
- Petty Cash - Seeing that we have necessities in the office (Office groceries & Detergents)
- Assisting management / technical with any administration or requests
- Managing Cleaner - submitting time sheets etc.
- Ensure fleet vehicle goes for 10k services & other
- Monthly Stationary (ordering, checking)
- Courier Guy - sending & receiving goods
- Technical Equipment Book - Signing in & out of technical items - register)
- Konica Minolta - Meter readings Actively contribute to the business to help reach organizational goals.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service/office administration environment
- Ability to engage external customers directly and effectively.
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative and ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication
- Strong professionalism and work ethic, exhibiting a clear compliance culture.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good level of Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Externally dealing with various stakeholders in the Cape region
- Based in Durbanville, Cape Town.
- Reporting to the National sales manager for Collision in South Africa.
