East Rand Bulk, an accredited fuel transportation company is currently seeking an experienced, vibrant, and energetic individual to join our team as a BVO Instructor/Driver trainer.
Main purpose of this position:

• To plan the optimum allocation and utilization of training resources to meet (or exceed) the Company’s and customer expectations.
• To Complete full training on all inhouse Bulk Vehicle Operators as well as prospective drivers.
• To complete assessments on Learner drivers and experienced operators from theory to practical levels.

· Evaluate driver performance (Tachograph Analysis, road test) to identify training needs and plan interventions.
Interested candidates must have/meet the following minimum qualifications/traits:
· Minimum qualification of matric.
· Appropriate training qualifications – TETA accreditation.
· Must have a valid Code 14 driver’s license, DGP and PRDP.
· Must have good knowledge of Trucks and Fuel Tankers.
· Must have train the trainer certification.
· Must have assessor training and accreditation.
· Must be certified to sign off Convey DG, First aid and Firefighting.
· Must be willing to travel throughout South Africa.
· Computer literacy is a necessity.
· Must have Forward Planning, organizing, controlling and decision-making skills.
· Experience in the Transport industry and Road Traffic ACT.
· Must have at least 5 years minimum experience in a similar position.

· Ability to interact well with a diversified team
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
· Complete understanding of Logistics and Fuel Transportation.
Qualifying candidates will be contacted and will be subjected to a full screening process.
Any Fuel industries HSEQ experience would be an added Advantage.
Salary will be experience based.
