EMEA Sales Representative - Remote from South Africa

You should be truly passionate about digital advertising & online retail in order to motivate our target enterprise clients to implement innovative Product Performance Management strategies using ROI Hunter's unique Ad Tech Saa S technology. Where? Remotely from South Africa - employment contract via our Employer of record provider
When? On mutual agreement

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • You'll be at the forefront of shaping the narrative of the emerging Product Performance Management category, redefining performance marketing efforts globally.
  • Working with the Customer Success team and our partners at Meta, Google and Snapchat to develop and drive new business pipelines.
  • Closing high-value deals with MRR ranging from €3,000 to €30,000 within 90-days sales cycle on average.
  • Having autonomy to sell to e-commerce enterprises across the entire EMEA region.
  • Serving as primary customer contact during the sales, legal, procurement & data integration processes but also provide support to the Customer Success team during early post-sales customer experience.
  • Gaining from a revamped sales commission system tailored to global purchasing trends, offering strong bonus incentives for your long-term success at ROI Hunter.
  • Influencing the product direction through collaboration with the product development team ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
  • Proficient in simplifying complex Mar Tech, Ad Tech, or CDP products for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about Meta/Google advertising campaigns in the way that you can understand our target customers’ needs and pain points (e.g. how to create, analyze, optimize or scale the campaigns; your experience can be from your personal smaller business projects too).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate new business pipelines and manage them to successful closures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track record of employing a consultative sales approach, with a commitment to continuous learning in online retail and digital advertising.
  • Meticulous use of CRM (Hub Spot) and other sales tools coupled with adept relationship-building skills with various stakeholders, ensuring consistent adherence to internal sales processes for predictable deal closures.

Hi there, I'm Maurits, VP of Sales. You'll be joining a fantastic group of professionals and colleagues within our global Commercial department. You together with our partners in Meta, Google and Snapchat will outreach to potential prospects, while Marketing guys will ensure the people you network with already know who we are and what we do. We work in a dynamic industry but I keep saying quality over quantity.

We use several proven sales frameworks like SPIN and MEDDIC in order to make sure you feel confident and are set-up for success to hit quarterly targets. I can offer you uncapped sales commissions distributed under attractive and simple commission plans.

At the beginning you will receive on-the-spot support from me and also from Sam, our Senior Sales Manager. While many members of our team work remotely, we do enjoy getting together from time to time to have some fun as a team.
