Position Overview
The Human Resources Executive will report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include:
- Employee Engagement: Implementing strategies to maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued.
- Culture Building: Promoting a workplace culture that prioritises employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the executive team to align people-centric strategies with business goals.

People Development: Designing and overseeing innovative programmes for employee growth and skill enhancement, ensuring that all team members have the resources and opportunities to thrive within a high-performance environment.
- Management: Overseeing the HR department to ensure smooth operations and a focus on effective people management.
Qualifications Candidates should have:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in financial services, with a strong emphasis on people development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- A track record of fostering a caring and inclusive organisational culture.
- Strong strategic thinking and organisational development skills.
- A relevant postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
