As our Influencer Community Specialist – You will be the mastermind behind the scenes, orchestrating our marketing symphony with finesse. Dive into the action together with our energetic, multinational teams. Think of developing cool marketing strategies, rubbing elbows with content creator both locally and worldwide, and helping shape our marketing game plan. Reporting straight to our Strategy and Operations leaders, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing magic to turn every dream into reality.
# This role will split into several key pillars :

• Coordinating with local content creator & KOLs partner , supercharging Influencer campaigns like a pro.
• Our go to supporter for online and offline creator events, weaving your magic behind the scenes.
• Supporting on some content creator community incentive tasks.

#Who are we looking for ?

• Someone with a friendly, outgoing, confident mindset, able to thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Someone with 2+ years of operation experience in marketing or tech space, including (but not limited to) strong experience in content creator / influencers partnership, content creation, or any near related field in Myanmar region.
• You posses very strong communication skills in English & Africa language, other languages will be added advantage.
• You have a great attention to details.
• You are a highly discretion individual, someone who can be trusted with confidential information – A guardian to our organization.
• You have a genuine interest in building a better community for games publishers and public players across the globe.
• You have a outstanding project management skills, ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

#Compensation and Benefits
At T-Rex Esports, we truly understand that being in a dynamic environment may be challenging at times, and we really value how much time and effort people have put into the work with us, while being able to support our global employee with the necessaries flexibility for a better work-life integration & back you up with the tools you might need to developed your work remotely , our base salary range for this role would be at 8,400 USD - 16,800 USD yearly ( or 700 -1400 USD monthly) , with extra bonuses/compensation for extra works & contributions given to the team. Actual salary range offered will vary based on depth of experiences level and interview performances too if you have a general outstanding portfolios.
