To become a Sales Advisor, you need to have;
· Matric/Grade 12 essential.
· RE5 Certification is mandatory,
· FAIS Accreditation is advantageous,
· Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector.
· Minimum 6 months of In-Field Sales experience,
· A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory,
· Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
· You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous
As a Sales Advisor you must be;
· Skilled in the art of persuasion and able to effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our products.
· Customer-focused and skilled at building genuine rapport through effective communication.
· Passionate about sales, hungry for success and ready to make a difference.
· Able to demonstrate the ability to approach potential Members with professionalism and charm, leaving a lasting impression through engaging interactions.
· Results-oriented, highly self-disciplined, and exceptionally motivated to achieve and exceed set targets.
· Enthusiastic in attending set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience.
