Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks (e-filing, Salesforce, SAP, updating of trackers etc)
- Tender/ RFQ Administration - Identification, realisation, preparation and submission
- Following up telephonically and/or via email with new/existing clients on outstanding Questionnaires or documents
- Assistance with the coordination of training classes
- Meeting attendance (In-person and virtual),documenting / preparation of minutes and actioning of tasks derived
- Screening of Questionnaires, applications and contracts to ensure that documents are populated correctly/ signed
- Preparation of quotation documents
- Market research and analysis (when required)
- Creation of databases (for marketing, tracking etc)
- Attending and assistance with the hosting of marketing events and expos (if required)
- Management of emailing lists regarding training schedules, product information documents, promo’s etc
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literate
