Salesforce Solution Analyst - 3 month contract

We are a multinational banking and financial services conglomerate based in Johannesburg, South Africa and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. We’re seeking a talented Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to drive business success.
Job Description
As a Salesforce Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Additional Information
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration or solution analysis, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
