Job Description
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT consulting industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, problem solver, and team player with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Additional Information
- The position is fulltime WFO at Honeydew.
- It could start as a 12-month contract but can be converted to permanent.
- Strictly South African Citizens.
