Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Operate the weighbridge.
- Weighing of all incoming and outgoing loads.
- Ensure that all Spirits samples have the necessary Paperwork and that each sample is supplied with the correct label.
- Ensure that all the relevant SAP transactions in terms of Dispatching Spirits are done on time.
- Ensure that all trucks are supplied with relevant paperwork.
- Complete truck seal register on Teams and assist with monthly stock take.
- Assist Cellar team with daily operational duties.
- Completion of “Bulk Transport Evaluation Forms”.
- Coordinate intake of programs and ensures that it is completed according to schedule.
- Keep records of all documentation handled.
- Pull monthly report for departments
- Proper housekeeping regarding scale housing.
- Assistance in Lab (lab samples)
- Tasting Panel member
- Participate in TPM activities
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proven Admin experience
- Experience in customs and excise documentation will be an advantage
- Computer literacy in Massamatic Program, SAP, MS Office Suite
- Valid code EB drivers license and own reliable transport
- Willingness to work irregular hours and overtime when required
- Must be a Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and attendance reliability
