• Manage a Seafreight Imports team
• Implementing and overseeing of operating procedures.
• Managing Operational Finance and Compliance Metrics i.e. Auto rating, invoicing performance, data compliance.
• Compile and prepare required reports.
• Visit customers on a regular basis with the sales & servicing representatives, or alternatively alone.
• Manage Work in Progress (WIPS) and Accruals on a daily basis.

• Solid communication skills, self-motivated and positive attitude
• Operational knowledge across all modes of transport would be an advantage
• Experience in a client servicing role would be advantageous
• Accuracy and attention to details are imperative
• Previous experience within a supervisory role
• 10 Years experience operational knowledge
