Create high-quality content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing materials that align with the Iress brand voice and strategy.

Develop content plans and calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all marketing channels.

Conduct research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation.

Write technical content that translates complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives for a technical audience.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content that enhances the user experience.
-
Optimise content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
-
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.

Track and report on content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency and alignment with the Iress brand and with the correct tone.

Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices to continually improve the company’s content strategy.

Align content with business objectives, ensuring it supports overall marketing strategies and storytelling initiatives.

Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry leader.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.

Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

Certification in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or SEO is preferred.

Content Creation: Proficient in creating engaging, high-quality content for various platforms.
-
Copywriting: Expertise in writing compelling and persuasive copy for technical products and a technical audience.

SEO Optimization: Skilled in optimising content for search engines to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

Social Media Management: Experienced in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics. And take responsibility and accountability for all Social Media activity.

Research and Analysis: Capable of conducting research to inform content strategies and analysing performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to build a community. Questioning norms for better understanding and improving processes.

Project Management: Effective at planning, organising, and managing content projects to meet deadlines and achieve objectives and create value propositions.

Attention to Detail: Ensures all content is accurate, error-free, and aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines.

Adaptability: Able to quickly adapt content to suit different formats, channels, and audience needs. Able to adapt to change.

Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and impactful content.

Proactivity: Takes initiative to stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve content strategies. You will be curious and open minded to help support change.

Communication: Be able to clearly communicate internally across the business and community thoughts and ideas to an external audience.
