QA Testers at RSAWEB play a key role in our delivery team, providing support to improve quality and customers' experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of passionate engineers with years of experience across industries, tech stacks, and languages. We build awesome software that’s responsible for processing enormous amounts of transactions, our central position in the business sees us having to orchestrate a broad array of requirements for our many stakeholders. This makes for an incredibly engaging work environment that always presents new opportunities for reinventing ourselves and our systems.
As a QA Tester, you'll be responsible for testing the quality of our website, CRM, mobile applications and REST APIs. You will work with a team to produce tests that verify features, identify bugs and improve the overall quality of our solutions.
The role requires strong attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Job Duties:
- Root Cause Analysis
- Troubleshooting/ Debugging
- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
- Executing tests on software usability.
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
- Interacting with the functional consultants and other team members to understand product requirements.
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or certificates in IT or related field.
- 5+ Years Work experience as a QA Tester
- Experience in manual testing
- Familiarity with agile and Jira/Confluence is a must.
- Software Development background advantages
- Experience in automated testing is advantages
