• Assess and interpret business requirements; develop quality assessment methodologies.
  
• Define reporting standards and technical test cases.
  
• Apply scientific models for resource and time estimation.
  
• Prepare suggestions for solution improvements.
  

Technical Implementation

• Conduct and manage unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  
• Apply functional and non-functional testing methods, including security, performance, and availability testing.
  
• Automate and review testing processes; ensure accurate documentation.
  

Risk Management

• Identify and manage risks; conduct self-assessments and maintain compliance.
  
• Prepare and execute audits, drive a zero-defect culture.
  

Quality Management

• Conduct annual reviews, automate testing processes, and update SOPs.
  
• Collaborate with the Head of ISO on security and policy adherence.
  

Vendor Management

• Collaborate with vendors for timely feedback and performance reviews.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders; communicate project impacts and efficiencies.
  

Reporting

• Prepare and maintain monthly reports, and develop reporting templates.
  

Finance

• Manage QA budget, optimize resources, and ensure financial compliance.
  

Leadership and People Management

• Manage resources, performance, training, and recruitment.
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and conduct performance management.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 years in QA management, including automation and Agile environments.
  
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, technical certification in Testing, Project Management certification advantageous.
