Trade spend Administrator


We are seeking a Trade Spend Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role is crucial for the timely and accurate processing of trade spend invoices. You will collaborate closely with our Key Account and Finance teams to ensure efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage rebate claims with a large book value per month
• Process large volumes of rebate claims deductions per month
• Monitor and ensure appropriate action on all deducted claims.
• Ensure timely matching and clearance of claims before month-end closing.

Qualification and Experience


A formal qualification in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a related field
