We looking for a Associate Credit Risk Analyst (Korean) to join the North Asia Risk Services team. A short one month training will be given in Hong Kong with the role will then be full time in Seoul, Korea.
Duties

• Conduct credit & financial analysis, establish credit lines and credit limits on a wide range of companies (listed corp, mid-cap & SMEs) in North Asian countries (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan & etc)
• Present in-depth research and proposals to the credit committee on large value cases
• Assist in formulating and updating credit rating strategies for the responsible markets
• Close collaboration with our New Business and Commercial teams to maintain and develop our Korea portfolio.

Requirements

• University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business administration or equivalent professional qualification
• Preferred candidates – Minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a related field in banking / finance / accounting;
• Ability to read and analyse financial statements will be a must.
• Strong credit & financial analytical skills and business sense;
• Ability to work independently;
• Team-player and a good communicator;
• Willingness to work under pressure with strong self-initiative;
• Flexibility in work travels;
• Excellent writing skills and fluency in English is a must;
• Ability to read and speak Korean on a business level;
• Good PC Skills;
• Business travels in North Asian countries might be needed
