Deputy Program Manager

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Deputy Program Manager to assist leading a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience running programs supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
Essential Job Duties
- Experience administering and executing Government contracts.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
- Experience in all aspects of contract management, including contract modification, scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variances, invoices, SOFA actions, security clearances, personnel actions, acquisitions, and other supporting efforts.
- Liaison with external stakeholders on operational matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Do D Secret clearance
- BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline

Ten (10) or more years of experience managing Do D and IT related O&M support. 3-4 years of
experience working in South Korea. - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience working in South Korea is preferred
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
