Market Manager

We are looking for a Market Manager to support student recruitment activities to our university partners located in Canada. The location of this role will be based in South Korea.


You will have a good understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, and you will be able to demonstrate an awareness of at least one major overseas market. You will have excellent organisational skills and will be a self-starter with experience of working internationally.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 
  Relevant experience of working for a Canadian educational institution in a student recruitment or related role
  
• University education
  
• Fluency in English
  
• The ability to communicate well (both written and spoken) with range of audiences.
  
• Goal-driven and results oriented approach
  
• Demonstrable team work
  
• Customer focused
  
• A positive outlook with a creative approach to problem solving
  
• Strong organisational and planning skills
  
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, to meet challenging targets.
  
• Experience of travelling and willingness to travel independently throughout the region.
  
• Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required.
  
• To be IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  
• Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)
  
• An appreciation of different cultures and working styles.
