We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to be part of the Supply Chain Management team at our Seoul headquarters and grow with the company. This role contributes to the growth of the company and its revenue.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Roles & Responsibility
1. Demand Planning
Manage sales team forecasts (FCST) and prepare weekly/monthly production planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Purchasing, Production, Sales) to coordinate production planning and product scheduling.
2. Key Account Management: Marine Business
Handle enquiries, L.O. takings (new building), firm order management, and inventory management for imports/production.
3. Import/Export Operations
Oversee export handling for inter-company and third-party transactions, including:

• Preparing quotations.
• Managing export documentation.
• Issuing invoices.
• Scheduling shipments.

4. Inventory Management
Manage defective/long-term inventory reprocessing and handle damage claims for imports.
5. SAP SD & MM
Oversee key account order management and goods receipt (GR) for imports.
Handle write-offs, stock adjustments, and other SAP-related tasks.
6. Monthly Closing Tasks
Manage monthly sales, inventory records, consignment storage fees, transportation costs, and SAP system closing for partner accounts.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in import/export, SAP, and demand & supply planning.
Intermediate to advanced computer management /MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Proficiency in business English (reading, email writing, and communication).
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or certification in international trade or related fields.
Experience in sales support or related roles.
Proficiency with SAP systems.
