About the Role
We are looking for a (Senior) Software Engineer to help shape our software solutions in South Korea. You will work on the world's leading cross-platform C++ framework, where you will contribute to developing solutions that make life easy for application developers. Your responsibilities include efficiently handling support requests, offering technical assistance through email and virtual meetings, as well as identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Qt.

You will:

• Work to optimizing application development with Qt Quick (QML) and Qt Widgets.

• Provide optimal Qt coding solutions for customers.

• Understand technical customer requirements and find solutions together with Product Management / R&D.

• Work independently, managing your tasks and projects

• Work on existing code across the product and on architectural level

• Process support requests from prospects and customers who are developers using our Qt framework

About You:

• Knowledge with the C++ & Python programming language

• Knowledge of GUI frameworks

• Experience developing and debugging software

• Experience developing cross-platform software

• Experience developing applications on desktop OS such as Windows, mac OS, and Linux.

• Experience using and analyzing open sources

• Good written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers

• Qt knowledge is a clear advantage

Beneficial skills:

• Familiarity with the Qt framework, QML, Qt Widget

• Experience developing Python applications with Py Qt, Pyside

• Project experience with Hyudai Motor(cc OS), LG(Web OS)

• Native level Korean and Good English language skills
