As a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager at Royal Canin (one of Mars Division) you will address raw material non-conformances of in-bound materials at the assigned Royal Canin sites. You will also execute continuous improvement projects used across the business, with the goal of improving material quality, food safety, and overall sourcing strategy reliability to ensure we provide nothing but the best quality products to our consumers.

What are we looking for?

• 3 or more years of experience working manufacturing quality, with sound understanding of food safety and HAACP, project management.
• Advanced training in Lean principles and problem solving.
• Strong understanding of supply chain with the physical capability of working in a manufacturing environment when necessary.
• Minimum of a bachelors degree.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You will be the owner to manage Royal Canin South Korea raw material supplier quality performance, on-site supplier audit and drives continous improvement at supplier side. Be the primary interface between our supply chain functions and our suppliers regarding all quality matters or raw material quality related programs.
• Driving a culture that is rooted heavily in Lean principles, and applying the associated problem solving methodology across the manufacturing network.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve quality across the sites.
