The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Architect to join our Architecture team. We seek individuals with a strong blend of technical expertise, design sensitivity, and a commitment to societal impact. At our company, we are fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and are dedicated to delivering architecture that incorporates innovative sustainability strategies beyond aesthetics.
Our #Total Design methodology places equal emphasis on technical excellence, functional rigor, and user experience, resulting in buildings that are not only beautiful but genuinely sustainable and useful. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to and lead some of the most exciting projects across Europe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where your potential is recognized and fostered.

Functions
The selected person will participate in the following tasks:
- Lead the development of architectural and interior design proposals from concept through to detailed design, working closely with senior architects and team leaders
- Coordinate effectively with other disciplines within Arup, ensuring seamless integration of architecture with structural, MEP, and other engineering aspects
- Produce high-quality presentations to communicate design ideas clearly and compellingly
- Participate in and sometimes lead the creation of 3D modeling, visualization, diagrams, and physical models across various scales and project stages
- Engage in site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design integrity
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing expertise
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- 3-4 years of experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to manage project tasks and team coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Advanced skills in Revit, Rhinoceros, Auto CAD, the Microsoft Office suite, In Design, and Photoshop
- Experience with rendering software such as VRay or similar
- Interest in digital tools and familiarity with programs like Illustrator
