YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in visual design in agency, corporate, tech company or consultancy setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles.
• Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), and are familiar with other tools like Microsoft Powerpoint, Miro and Figma. Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects is a plus.
• Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus, reflecting our global working environment.
• Strong Portfolio: You have a portfolio that showcases a wide range of design disciplines, including digital advertisements, branding projects, and strategic illustrations, demonstrating your ability to think creatively and execute visually compelling designs.
• Global Perspective: Experience working in or with global teams is highly desirable, as it shows your ability to navigate and succeed in a diverse working environment.
