The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.

Job Description:

You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:

Collaboration in the implementation of the global corporate strategy of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion of the Ferrovial Group.
Support in the preparation of monitoring reports of the different indicators of the department.
Support in the design and implementation of actions to promote an inclusive culture at a global company level.
Collaboration in the dynamization of the different initiatives on Culture / D&I with the interlocutors of the different business lines and geographies.
Collaboration in the implementation of the equality plan measures, as well as the elaboration of follow-up reports.
Support in the preparation of documentation for certifications/audits related to Culture, Diversity and Inclusion.
Collaboration in the management of the corporate volunteer program.

Our ideal profile:

Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Law, or Business Administration and Management.
A master’s degree in human resources is an asset.
Very high level of Windows environment and Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point).
C1 level of English.
Person with client orientation, teamwork, flexibility, results orientation and analytical skills.
