The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.

Job Description:

You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:

Support in the identification, evaluation, monitoring and follow-up of risks as well as the defined mitigation measures (Enterprise Risk Management).
Participation in the preparation of reports, generation of conclusions and recommendations to improve the analyzed processes and/or reduction or elimination of risks for Ferrovial.
Interlocution with those responsible for each risk to obtain the necessary information to develop the analysis and subsequently contrast the results.
Collection and analysis of data from the “Governance, Risk and Compliance” systems and generation of conclusions.
Participation in the deployment of corporate policies and tools to the business.
Updating of internal work procedures and regulations related to the Risk Area.

Our ideal profile:

Bachelor´s degree in Economics and/or Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Statistics or Mathematics.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
C1 level of English.
Responsible, methodological and organized person, with learning and analytical skills. Adaptable, with ability to relate and work in a team, dynamic and proactive.
Interested in an international environment to develop your work as well as to interact with interlocutors from different backgrounds.
