Who are we?
The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid. Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets.

Main responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and roll out of ad hoc projects and deliver continuous improvement across the team.
- Assist with the organization and support of events, market and senior leader visits, team meetings and Townhalls, and BUR calendarization
- Support leaders with onboarding process for new hires and internal movements: business conduct and call monitoring, equipment, accesses and support.
- VP Assistant: travel arrangements, agenda organization, prepare and process expense reports though Concur System, create and manage follow ups and reminders to commitments or deadlines.
- Manage calendar activities and coordination and oversight of business meetings, making necessary arrangements: technical logistics, reserving facilities, catering services, meeting material and agendas.
- Support on key HC reporting and complex presentations
- Support leaders with onboarding process for new hires and internal movements: business conduct and call monitoring, equipment, accesses and support.
- Provide additional support to leaders administrative tasks
- Contract signature process management
- Support Audits and governance systems access for channel
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
- Administrative support experience in a large organization
- Experience interacting effectively with senior executives
- Key attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and networking skills to build and maintain effective professional relationships across all areas of the organization
- Organizational skills, prioritizing and multitasking skills in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills, strong relationship building and time management
- Must be a team player working in a dynamic environment
- High level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access and Power Point, Salesforce a bonus)
