We are looking for a new talent to join the B2B Business Development team. You will play a key role in the growth of Skeepers in the Italian market. This position reports directly to our Head of BDR.

Your missions:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics
  • Search, identify and qualify prospect needs and interests and build relationships with decision-makers in different industries.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that the sales cycle runs smoothly
  • Share key information with customers through our CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you:
  • Have fluency in Italian, both written and spoken
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development in a Saa S company
  • Have a previous experience with cold calling
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Are curious, a quick learner and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background
  • You master CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar
