Business Process Engineer

The Process Engineer role entails analyzing and documenting current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Document existing processes, including process flows, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with stakeholders from various markets to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor process performance and identify further opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff members on updated processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process engineering and business process management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement methodologies and frameworks.
- First Level University degree (industrial engineering Or Business administration)
- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
- IMAC-D knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- Makes use of and contributes to the Services PM Profession community.
- PMP Certified is a plus.
