Technical Expertise and Support Internship – Improving project for mechanical seals API plans

About you and this role

We are looking for you, an ambitious Mechanical or Industrial Engineering student, to support our TES Rotating Mechanical Team by doing an internship project for our location in Tarragona, Spain.

Responsibilities

Document and evaluate the different mechanical seals API plans.
Considering seal and process fluids.
Design pressures and temperatures versus operating conditions, operating and maintenance procedures.

The intern will be guided by the Dow Rotating Mechanical SME´s in Tarragona during all the project, and especially when deviations are identified, and corrections are needed to implement.

Qualifications

You are currently studying for a bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
You have a good working knowledge of Spanish and English.
Capacity to learn fast, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork, and initiative.
