Tareas

As a Career Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding our future students throughout their educational journey. Reporting to the B2C Manager, your mission will be to manage and convert a portfolio of potential clients provided by the company, ensuring that each interaction is exceptional and personalized.

What will you do in this role?

Prospecting and Conversion: You will manage an assigned portfolio of potential students, identifying sales opportunities and achieving conversion rate targets. You will ensure that each student finds the program that best suits their needs.

Personalized Experience: You will offer a close and professional approach, advising clients on their educational options with a friendly, warm, and transparent tone. Your goal will be to exceed the expectations of our clients and students, creating a memorable experience in each interaction.

Comprehensive Assistance: You will be responsible for managing all situations before and during the sale, providing informed and efficient assistance at the time of enrollment.

Constant Communication: You will maintain continuous contact with clients through phone calls (main channel), emails, Whats App, and other platforms, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Back-Office Tasks: You will perform key tasks such as sales forecasting, recording activities in the CRM, and monitoring incoming communications through our platforms. Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure students receive the best possible experience.

Events and Networking: You will attend and host events in Spain when necessary, representing the Power and building key relationships.

Goal Achievement: You will work proactively and independently to meet established goals and targets, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of our team.

Requisitos

  • Previous experience in sales or commercial advising, preferably in the educational sector.
  • Native or high level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency with digital technologies.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
