Vos missions :
-
Head of Sales Iberia : develop the commercial strategy, ensure the sales development and execution, manage and empower the Sales team for Iberia Region.
- General Manager for ATISA, Loiret Haëntjens Spain and Barcelona site : manage the ATISA & Loiret Haëntjens Spain legal entities and the Barcelona site. Ensure the relationship with Cooperative ACOR, Manage the activities and the teams of Loiret Haëntjens Spain and B2C Market.People Management, for 8 direct report and 8 N-2 level from various profiles and locations
Head of Sales Iberia
- Develop and update a 3-year strategic plan on the allocated perimeter leveraging on Tereos strategy and objectives. The plan should include Market Trends, Economic Indicators, Competition Overview, Customer Analysis and trends
- Lead the definition of the annual budget and strategic plan for the zone
- Defend the best interest of Tereos in our customers interactions
- Provide accurate and live forecast on sales, delivery volume, and market / price insights
- Ensure and understand contract execution: execution rate, realized prices, cash collection
- Actively manage the customer / business interface at all relevant points in order to maintain customer satisfaction
- Creates / implement and continuously adapt the sales plan in line with the European Sales Strategy and the production plans
- Engage the contracts according to targets tonnages and prices and provide adaptation based on market situation
- Ensure the relationship with Cooperative ACOR : strategy, governance, reporting, visits to Olmedo factory…
- Management Loiret Haëntjens Spain : strategy for special and organic sugars from Reunion Island, governance, yearly products plans and budgets, collaboration with stakeholders, relationship with the main suppliers
- Management of B2C Market : strategy, yearly products plans and budgets, raw materials searchs, labelling preparation, sales development management
- People Management
- Site Management : supervision of Legal, HR, Facility Management, IT
Votre profil :
- Education Master level in Engineering or Commercial studies
- Strong leadership in a multicultural and worldwide organization
- Strong experience in Sales management in Commodities markets
- Experience in Team management of a legal entity with various profiles: finance, sales, after-sale, supply chain… in multiple locations
- Project management, processes management, continuous improvement
