CHIEF OF STAFF EUROPE ANALYST

The Europe Office Analyst is a key role that will influence decision making for senior management, providing analysis on strategic insights relevant to the bank, resolving potential risks / issues. As such, having a committed, hands-on and motivated team-player with excellent critical thinking capabilities is key.

What you would be doing :
As Chief of Staff Europe Analyst you would support the Europe Office. Your main responsibilities would include:
- Liaise with different teams to support the Europe Office, with reports and information relevant to the Bank related activity.
- Prepare dashboards on main KPIs and financial updates on performance and prospects, understanding the economic context and market trends
- Support the European Office with the Regional Head governance including key committees / fora, preparation of Local board meetings (e.g. UK Board, and Spain Board), etc.
What we are looking for :
- University degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Dynamic and highly competitive working environment, that provided the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the capacity to work in teams, with demanding pressure levels.
- Ideally experience at a top consultancy (e.g. Mc Kinsey, BCG, atc.)
- Deep knowledge of Santander’s organization / business and how the Group operates desired.
- Key competences: Outstanding interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) capabilities, including ability to build strong and trusty relationships. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- English and Spanish proficiency required. Portuguese and Polish will be a plus.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in consultancy, project management, or strategy, would be desired.
