You will collaborate with software developers, Dev Ops engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable digital solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of our CMS platform, with responsibility for its overall strategy, management, and performance.
  
• Work closely with the Web Platform & Mark Tech Lead, developers, Dev Ops engineers, and product owners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CMS within our digital ecosystem.
  
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CMS solutions.
  
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CMS platform, ensuring it is optimized for performance and reliability.
  
• Ensure the CMS meets all quality standards, including performance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to CMS platforms, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.
  
• Provide training and support to users of the CMS, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platform.
  

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Extensive experience with CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions such as Magnolia CMS.
  
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital platforms, preferably working as a platform owner or a product owner.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, Dev Ops engineers, and product owners.
  
• Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script) and their integration with CMS platforms.
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in managing and configuring CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and best practices.
  
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools is advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
