Our Valuation & Advisory department based in Madrid is looking for new member for join its team! Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES
- Analysis of property investment cash flows and reporting to clients on the value of their commercial real estate.
- Attending valuation visits
- Assisting on property inspections (shopping centres, retail, office and industrial property throughout Spain).
- Market research in real estate areas, to provide information to be used in reports
- Real Estate Investment Analysis, using Excel and/or Argus
- The economics of the built environment driving real estate investment and lending decisions
- Preferably with Knowledge of urban planning and development appraisals
Requirements
- Desirable, Architecture / Engineering Degree
- At least, 2 years of working experience, ideally related with REAL ESTATE (Valuation / Capital Markets)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and POWER BI
- Full driving license.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish
- An ability for working well within a team and being able to form strong/lasting relationships
- A creative thinker with good problem solving abilities.
- Ability of working on own initiative.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Commercial acumen.
- A strong natural interest in economics and financial markets in order to understand property in the context of the wider investment market and be able to transmit our advice/recommendations clearly to clients.
