Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Proven experience in programming with Java Script and C#.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its customization and development capabilities.
• Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and Azure Dev Ops.
• English Fluent
• French is a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Dynamics 365 Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and customize applications based on Dynamics 365 CRM, aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules to optimize the company’s operations.

Programming and Development:

• Write and maintain code in Java Script and C# to develop customized functionalities within Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services through APIs and web services.

Agile Methodologies:

• Actively participate in agile teams, collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.

Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

• Perform maintenance and updates to existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in CRM processes and applications.

Communication and Documentation:

• Document development and configurations in Dynamics 365, ensuring that information is accessible to other team members.
• Effectively communicate in English with international teams and stakeholders.
