About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who we’re looking for
- A recent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertisment or similar.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (C1).
- MS Office skills (knowledge of Excel and PPT).
- Knowledge about processes, projects, and planning.
- High organization skills.
- Great communication skills, very collaborative and great team spirit.
- Eager to learn.
- CRM knowledge
- Knowledge in HTML, SQL and Power BI (desirable)
- Familiarized with tools such as Adobe Workfront, Confluence (desirable)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM tool knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support in CRM operational tasks: data reports, preparation of digital campaigns, test digital assets, follow up campaigns.
- Ensure the quality of content delivery to consumers under a B2C environment.
- Analyze CRM metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Key contact for European digital hub and different digital departments.
- Support in project and campaign launches.
