Daily there are a lot of new guests checking in and out the hotel. You will be the first host of the hotel they will see, so you will welcome everyone with a big smile! Because of you, the guests feel at home and you help them with any questions they have. Besides the checking in and out tasks, you will also manage reservations, check on the rooms, provide the guests with all the necessary information they need and in case of any complaints, you will be the one taking care of them. You will learn how to handle all kinds of people and situations in a professional way! Are you looking for some extra experience in hospitality? This is yourchance! Besides the extra skills you will learn, you will also meet a lot of new cultures.
Profile student;
First of all, you are very keen to work at this hotel! You want to contribute to the good quality this hotel provides.
