Job Description
ADM Barcelona – Full Time – Spanish market
The opportunity
You will take care of our car owners renting on the platform across Spain to help them boost their
performance, increase their engagement and loyalty, and minimize churn.
You will work closely with the team in Paris and the operations teams.

You will work closely with the team in Paris and the operations teams.
What you will do
- Create the subscriptions for all EU markets (FR/BE/DE/AT/NO/ES).
- Send manually to uninstallation the K/AM requests (FR/BE/DE/AT/ES).
- Zendesk tickets level 1 and 2 for the Spanish market.
- Perform the offboarding calls for the Spanish market.
- Follow-up calls with the Spanish owners with the device not enabled.
- Last call to Spanish owners with confirmed installation requests, but didn’t
- Follow-ups with the lost devices if the uninstallation.
- Call campaigns on different segments depending on our clients needs.
- Acquisition/Sales calls to convince owners to join us instead of the main competitor.
What you will bring
- You have at least 1 successful experience in a customer facing position (Customer
- Native in Spanish and fluent in French.
- Since your workday will include a lot of phone calls, you love spending time talking to
- You are transparent and share any challenges, so you can get support.
- You are flexible as the processes and missions will evolve.
Conditions of the offer
- Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm.
- 37.5 hours per week contract.
- Permanent contract.
- Competitive salary plus bonuses.
- Beautifull offices in the center of Barcelona, @22 Poblenou district.
- Starting date: November 4th 2024.
