Your day-to-day will consist of:

• For each new project, you will be engaged in the requirements analysis, implementation of personalization and/or initialization processes, testing, and release, adhering to the quality methodology of payment customer projects.
• Level 2 support and incident resolution related to initialization and personalization processes.
• According to needs and team strategy, you could be be responsible for coordination of internal projects.
• Proposing and implementing improvement solutions.

What we expect from you:

• CFGS degree (e.g. technical degrees) or BSc/MSc degree in engineering (e.g. Physics, Mathematics, Telecommunications engineering,…).
• Familiarity in working with processes and technical documentation (specifications, guidelines, test plans and reports, execution logs, …).
• Comfortable in multitasking management.
• Methodical, looking for continuous improvement and with a results oriented mindset.
• You enjoy working closely with other colleagues in a technical team, being willing to learn and share your knowledge with others.
• Good communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.
• Willingness to take initiatives.
• Fluency in English.

What’s advantageous:

• Knowledge of payment specifications (e.g. EMVCo, VISA, MC, …).
• Knowledge of programming (e.g. Javascript, CSharp, Python, Latex, …).
• Knowledge of Data Bases (i.e. SQL Server)
• Experience in Agile Software development projects (Kanban).
• Experience with teams using continuous integration and automated testing.
