We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead data-driven insights ensuring high-quality analysis and optimization across our data platforms. This role is integral in transforming data into actionable insights empowering our team to make data-backed decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst you ll work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs design reporting solutions and provide meaningful analytics to support business objectives.
Tasks

• Conduct in-depth analyses of complex data sets to uncover trends patterns and insights that support business strategy and drive key decisions.
• Implement best practices for data validation and quality control ensuring all analysis is accurate reliable and insightful.
• Partner closely with data engineers scientists and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Power BI or other BI tools to present insights in a clear actionable format.
• Work with data engineering to support ETL processes ensuring data from diverse sources (APIs databases flat files) is consistently integrated and optimized for analysis.
• Collaborate in the management of the Data Warehouse (e.g. Snowflake) focusing on optimizing for analytical efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis statistical methods and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Keen eye for accuracy and detail ensuring data integrity and high-quality insights.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
