The Omnichannel Marketing team is accountable for all the Global Core applications related to marketing efforts across all digital channels. This team leverages both dedicated expertise internally at Sanofi, and delivery and deployment partners. It enables products, enhances services and drives growth through digital across all Digital Omnichannel Marketing areas.

Main responsibilities:

Within the Omnichannel Marketing organization, the Dev Ops Engineering Lead plays a critical role in ensuring stability, cyber security and optimal performance of Sanofi’s global web platform.

• Ensure web Product(s) technology stack version is up to current standards including process ownership.
• Collaborate with Sanofi’s Cyber Security department on ensuing that cyber security standards, monitoring tool and processes are strictly followed for the web platform.
• Ensure Cybersecurity patches are deployed to the platform on a timely basis. This includes acting as a liaison across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and vendor support for emergency patching.
• Define and actively manage User Access Management processes and procedures and provide access to the web platform to various stakeholders.
• Manage platform infrastructure cost optimizations, budget and forecasts.

• Lead the engineering through development of patterns and practices for CI/CD pipelines in Git Hub Actions across a broad variety of technologies with deployment targets including Magnolia, AWS, Azure, and numerous Saa S solutions.
• Lead technical execution of product-related, end-to-end customer and business operations and experiences.
• Use deep knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, Cloud Platform and reliability engineering, new and established technology developments and consult with key players to enhance products, to define products, to develop prototypes and to develop a roadmap for ongoing and new product developments.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in digital and key role in Dev Ops Lead for Web Platforms
• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Engineering (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or Service Now
• Nice to have experience in Cybersecurity
• Nice to have experience in Modern Operations & Continuous improvement

• Ramp up in new technologies and skills enabling you to define patterns for Dev Ops in widely varied technologies from .NET and Java, to Sas S Solution, SAP, and even Power BI reports and Power Apps

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
