Digital Marketing Assistant (Internship program)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing initiatives helping to drive our business growth and customer engagement based on:
1. Online Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, website).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure marketing campaigns meet goals and objectives.
- Assist in optimizing website SEO to improve search engine rankings and web traffic.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing digital content.
2. Direct Marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of direct digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.
3. Database Management
- Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Segment database for targeted marketing efforts and conduct regular data audits.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and campaign results.
4. Content Creation
- Assist in the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
- Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- First short experience in online marketing, direct marketing, database management, and content creation will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in video production and editing.
- Extremely curious with AI and automation tools
