Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
We’re looking for customer-centric people with B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
Your ‘day to day’
You’re a result-oriented person. You have a 360º vision of the business and you can improve process with the different stakeholders and partners (data, paid media, brand, legal, IT, global team, agencies, etc.).
You’ll be working alongside an amazing team to help deliver Own Media and e Commerce programs, all the while providing support and learning as much as you can about how to develop, manage and deliver excellent digital projects.

Key responsibilities
- Work together with supply chain and other stakeholders to maintain the business as usual in all our digital sales channels (e-commerces and marketplaces): stock availability, shipping materials…
- Take ownership of the quality of the digital sales channels: ensure everything is working as expected and pinpoint areas of opportunity to increase conversion.
- Management of the e-commerce & marketplaces content together with our configuration team, through project management tools (Jira, qbranch, confluence…).
- Support on the marketing activity and digital projects, taking ownership of the end-to-end process, including testing across all devices; promotion communication to all stakeholders; carrying out a daily quality control check of the website.
- Stock forecasting for e-shops and marketplaces.
- Execute, under the guidelines of the group's Marketing and Digital team, the organization's promotional plan strategy.
- Develop and implement (together with the team) the global strategy of our brand.
- Support on product and web launches, helping coordinate all the partners implied.
- Working closely with UX/UI and SEO team to ensure a correct UX/UI across the consumer flow.
- Plan SEO optimizations together with the SEO team to ensure the shop is SEO optimized.
- Analyzing web performance to activate contingency and improvement plans
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in ecommerce or digital project manager functions (experience in marketplaces is a plus)
- Expertise in Microsoft pack: outlook, excel, powerpoint and Figma.
- Digital commercial mentality from strategic to hands-on execution.
- Experience in working with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong Digital skills: understanding of the ecosystem and comfortable with digital tools
- Understanding of the process inside a digital sales channel (from frontend to consumer delivery)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Spanish (at least C1). Your day to day will be mostly in English.
- Experience in optimization of websites, landing pages and user funnels is an advantage.
- Highly organized with the capability to multitask and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
