We are strengthening our team in Process Engineering at our location in Corella/Spain.
What you can look forward to as Senior Process Engineer:
- Design and Development: Create and optimize new processes to improve production efficiency
- Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues to ensure smooth and safe production
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align project goals and ensure effective communication
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve quality
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor less experienced engineers in process design and development
Your profile as Senior Process Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least +5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO II), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of process control systems (PLC, DCS)
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in bioprocess workflows and pharmaceutical manufacturing can be advantageous
