End User Support Technician needed in Cádiz, Spain

We are looking for an on-site End User Support Technician for a 6-month assignment in Cádiz, Spain. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to both global users and the local infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across various devices and systems. A good level of English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incidents and activities related to user workstations and production computers running Windows 11 and Office 365.
2. Manage and troubleshoot various devices, including office and label printers, mobile devices like phones, and barcode scanners.
3. Manage tickets using Oetiker’s Service Desk tool, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
4. Provide support and troubleshoot issues with video conference room equipment and screens.
5. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Wi Fi and LAN connectivity.
6. Fulfill service requests such as software installation, password resets, and device preparation.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365.
2. Experience with device management, including printers, mobile devices, and barcode scanners.
3. Strong knowledge of network support, particularly Wi Fi and LAN troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with ticket management systems, preferably Oetiker’s Service Desk tool.
5. Excellent English communication skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.
7. Experience in supporting a global user base and local infrastructure.
