The Role

For our renowned client, Novo Nordisk, AMS is looking to bring on board a Principal Sourcing Partner ready to become a part Senior Leadership Search team and support our client with design and execution of search activities and strategies to attract top candidates for executive roles across multiple locations.
Novo Nordisk is a global pharmaceutical company known for its innovative research and medical solutions in diabetes and other serious chronic diseases such as obesity, and rare blood and rare endocrine diseases. By helping to bring talent on board you will support our client in achieving their business objectives and thus help patients dramatically improve their quality of life!
This position requires on-site presence, with a requirement to visit Novo Nordisk Madrid office once per week. We offer 1 year contract with a possibility for extension.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a strategic support to the Executive Search Partners identifying potential talent at VP+ levels
• Together with the Executive Search Partner ensure effective and timely process execution
• Ensure complete talent mapping through Boolean search via Linked In, Company websites etc., as well as through different and unconventional tools
• Support the understanding of key capabilities to identify target potential talent
• Timely update and engage with Executive Search partners and Hiring Managers at executive level
• Actively engage with candidates to sell job opportunities in Novo Nordisk

Skills & Experience

• Full professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Previous in-depth experience in executive recruitment as a sourcer or researcher from an executive search firm or similar in-house executive search function
• A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs
• Independent and result-oriented approach to responsibilities
• Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches

You’ll also need the ability to:

• Influence, negotiate, and persuade
• Credibly present information to stakeholders
• Analyse and interpret data to form clear conclusions, and articulate the stories it tells
